If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging. The product should be undamaged and complete. Proof of purchase is required.For hygiene and quality reasons, used or opened perfumes cannot be returned, unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will issue a replacement or refund as appropriate.For return requests, please contact us before sending the product back.
